Well, my trial 3 month membership is about is expire and I would have to say that I've enjoyed my time on DA.  Big thanks to all of you who have faved my work and are watching.  Even got offers to buy my art pieces.  Special thanks to all of who have taken the time to comment on my art and corresponded with me.  But just in case this sounds like I'm leaving DA, want to let those of you out there who are interested that I plan to stay and make more art in the weeks to come.

I had a goal of submitting at least one new deviation every week.  So far, I've kept up.  But I think I need to slow down a bit and shoot for quality pieces.  If you're familiar with my gallery, it's a mixture of pieces I whipped up in 2 hours to some that took 3 weeks or more.  My most popular piece to date on DA is "The Iron Army".  Even some of my friends (who are quite critical) thought it was the best thing they had ever seen me done.  Want to devote more time to produce pieces like that one.

Will continue to do more wrestling and Marvel art.  But want to expand to DC and other TV and movie related subjects that interest me.  For those of you who have made requests (Great Muta, AJ Styles, Undertaker with angel wings, Austin Aries, more Xena and Buffy), I haven't forgotten.  Not enough time in the day, but I'll get to them.  

So I hope to make 2013, a good and productive year.  Thanks for reading!

For years, people kept telling me to put my art on DA. Joined a little over a month ago. Nothing much happened for 2 weeks. Finally, I read about Groups and joined a few. Since then, the response has been great. Hard to keep up with all the activity but appreciate any of you faved my work (sorry if I missed you and didn't say thanks) and those who are watching.

Though I'm not an artist by profession, I'm excited that I have a reason to do new projects. My day job pays the bills so I'm not here to make money. Always loved making art and the creative process but never had time to do things for myself.  Think my priorities were screwed up. So for those of you who take time to read journals, hope you like what you see because I plan to be here for awhile. Thanks!
